Cancel or Change an order

Please see our FAQ’s section for extended information. If you need to change details of your delivery address, add items or remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our support team. Please quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns procedure. There may be some products that we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including cut fabrics and made-to-measure items.

Errors and Ommissions

We reserve the right to discontinue or change products and/or prices on the website without prior notice. Errors in advertised prices are not binding and may be adjusted at any time. We make every effort to deliver the correct goods within time scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. CW Fabrics shall be considered under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the correct products within estimated timescales.

The Seller has the right to refuse the return of any Goods which are classed as “custom made” or “special order” where there is no damage on delivery or defect with these Goods. All Goods are checked on return. In the event we find a fault or damage to the Goods, we reserve the right to refuse the return of Goods.
