Heat-resistant flower head quilting pins are long pins with a flat, flower-shaped head, made of heat-resistant, plastic so they can be ironed. The flower heads allow the pin to lie quite flat and because of the large head on the end are visible, so that you do not machine sew on to them. Being slightly longer then they can go through all layers of your quilt sandwich.

They are specially designed for patchwork and quilt work and are equipped with a highly stable fine tip of the pin that easily penetrates several layers of fabric without damaging the fibres.
